Preparation Info:
The 1st Spoon Feeding: Simply crush a smallpiece of rusk in a bowl. Add milk or lukewarm water and mix till it becomes creamy. Feedusing a teaspoon.

The 1st Crunch: Only when baby is ready to be fed unaided. Takeone Baby Bites straight from the pack. Allow baby to chew rusk as it dissolves in themouth easily.
